Jake Killgore, Director of Sales & Business Development
Jake is a native of Colorado and attended the University of Kansas where he graduated with a Business Communications degree in 2001. He cut his teeth in the Logistics Industry at the CH Robinson in Chicago. After two years at CH he had the opportunity to come home to CO to work on the Shipper side of the industry with Coors Brewing company. At Coors (now MolsonCoors) he has held the following roles: Transportation analyst, Warehousing/DC manager, Multi-Modal Trans manager and eventually to the overall lead for the Over The Road Transportation team managing a group of 22 people. Jake also spent 3 years at WhiteWave/ Danone (from 2012 to 2015) as the group manager for all finished goods freight.
So now Jake joins Select Carriers with 20 years of combined shipper and carrier experience. He is married to is wife Kristen of 13 years and has two boys (Reece 9) and (Rory 7). He enjoys Golfing and Skiing and is a die-hard Denver Broncos & Kansas Jayhawks fan.
