Select Carriers Names Jeff Miller President
Leadership Transition Follows Gabe Dee’s Appointment as Chief Revenue Officer at Leonard’s Express
Allendale, NJ | DATE TBD, 2026 — Select Carriers today announced the promotion of Jeff Miller to President, positioning the company for its next chapter of growth while continuing its commitment to exceptional service for carrier and shipper partners. The leadership transition follows Gabe Dee’s appointment as Chief Revenue Officer at Leonard’s Express, where he will take on an executive leadership role with one of Select Carriers’ longtime strategic partners.
Jeff has been an integral member of the Select Carriers leadership team for over 18 years, bringing over 40 years of extensive industry experience, strong customer and carrier relationships, and a deep understanding of the business. Joining Jeff on the executive leadership team are Cindy Egan, Chief Operating Officer; Terry Shirley, Chief Revenue Officer; Jake Killgore, Vice President of Business Development; and Jen Higgins, VP of Strategy. Together, they are well positioned to build on Select Carriers’ strong foundation and continue delivering exceptional service.

Gabe was recently approached by Leonard’s Express with the opportunity to join its executive leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer.
