Jen joined the Select Carriers team in 2019 and serves as Vice President of Strategy. In her role, she works across the organization on strategic planning, financial analysis, operations, communications, and cross-functional initiatives that support the company’s growth and evolving business needs. Drawing on her analytical background and broad business experience, Jen helps connect strategy with execution across the organization.
Jen began her career in public accounting before expanding into finance, sales operations, marketing, and strategic leadership roles across the financial services and healthcare industries. A graduate of Providence College with a BS in Accountancy, she went on to earn her CPA license in the state of New York.
Jen lives near the Select Carriers New Jersey office with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, traveling, and her husband’s cooking. She is also active in her community, coaching youth recreational basketball and lacrosse.
